I've been looking for amazing cocktail places in Vancouver, and boy has it been hard. Got a recommendation to visit this place and I've already been back three times. Their cocktails are amazing and their food is delicious (highly recommend the deviled eggs and the bacon & brie grilled cheese). The staff is really nice and I like the loungier vibe. They also have games in the back which is great when out with a group!
Delicious food and cocktails. I highly recommend the baked Brie as an appetizer. The marionberry Moscow mule is very good as well. The restaurant is pretty small and gets busy until late at night (at least on Friday when we visited) but it's a warm and cozy atmosphere. It's very much a speakeasy vibe.
Really cool place. If you're looking for a quieter, yet comfortable place to chat with someone this is it. Good drinks, good food, good service. My girlfriend and I have developed a taste for meat and cheese plates, hummus plates, all of the stuff where you order and then share random cool stuff. After a long hot day a simple light meal like this is perfect. THIS is the place.
Great drinks and fun bartenders! It has a speakeasy vibe and great cocktails. It's worth checking out. I found this place by following arrows drawn in chalk on Main Street and didn't regret finding this gem.
Underbar has felt like the den at the house of a good friend, during a get together. I just wish my friends knew how to mix a drink like Underbar's staff does... I'm a fan of their mules; even the flavored ones and especially the UB Mule that's like a mint "mulip"
